Cue the Confetti:

Creating makes me happy. Bright colours makes me happy. So I created a brightly coloured birthday card!!

I started my background by creating a fluffy cloudy sky blending Wisteria, Abyss, and Navy inks (using my handmade cloud stencil).

Next I stamped my sentiment from Best Sentiments in Midnight ink.

Then for the fun part: I used RC Aqua, Lime Green, Tangerine, and Salsa cardstock with Balloons Confetti Cuts. I blended with coordinating inks to create shadow on the balloons. I adhered them to my background in varying heights to create lots of depth.

Lastly I tied gold string to anchor the balloons (don't want them to fly away!) and added some mint coloured enamel dots.
