Stock Your Stash December:

Hi all!
The update on my hip replacement/reconstruction is a small positive one. I am again, slowly getting better. Last month I gave myself a 30/100 and I would now give a 35/100. This has been a very slow and painful process. I am asked often if I am happy I had surgery. I am still uncertain but will stay positive =)

Good morning all - it's the eighth of the month, which means it's Reverse Confetti's DECEMBER blog hop!

Today we are celebrating a year to remember!

We are looking back through 2018 for our favourite top three projects.
With this Thanksgiving card, I loved the leaf colours done in ink smooshing and the background stamp done in tone on tone colours.

I loved creating this sky full of constellations and stars and adding this little astronaut and bright red balloon.

And lastly was again, smitten with ink smooshing. And I love this Cotton and Thistle set.

Stock Your Stash November:

Hi all!

I have been a bit stronger every day since having my hip replacement/reconstruction, I am now at week 15 post op. I am slowly decreasing my pain medications and am going back to work 2 - 3 hours a week. I would still only give my hip a 30% which is better then week 1, which I would have given 0%. I am able to sit a bit longer every day therefore I have been stronger to create more cards!

This month at Reverse Confetti we are celebrating Holidays and Winter.

I started by creating the background of my card by using the Snowballs Confetti Cut panel and blending Navy, Island Blue and Wine inks.
