Happy Monday! I hope you had a great weekend! We are still in the winter part of spring and sure could use some warm weather and sunshine. I think it's supposed to get rather cold again this week - boooo.
This week at Merry Monday, Leanne would like us to use a puppy on our Christmas card:

Of course I am a big fan of this challenge. I LOVE puppy dogs!! I love them so much that I thought I mask together three puppers on my card.

I spent the majority of the day colouring this threesome. I am so happy I took the time to bring them to life as they are just the sweetest pups!

Stamps: My Favorite Things Happy Pawlidays Die cuts: (none) Extras: Prismacolor Premier pencils, mineral spirits, Reverse Confetti Midnight Ink
As always, do not forget to check out the rest of my teamies' fantastic creations at Merry Monday and come play along too!!!

I don't know about you guys, but I am so ready for spring. We just got more snow yesterday. I feel like it's never going to go away!
With that being said, I turn to bright colours this time of year. Bright, cheerful, fun colours.

I created a stencil with the Small Diamond Tile Panel and inked a little Sand ink to add subdued interest.

I then added some scallops with the Double Edge Scallop and stitching to the Stone coloured base (light grey/beige).

Lastly I added #amazing in Wisteria ink and a few hot pink enamel dots. Bright and cheerful even though it is grey outside, my heart is happy now!

Reverse Confetti and Misti Spring Fling Hop:

(If you came here from Kia's blog you are heading in the right direction!)

Yeah that's right! Reverse Confetti and My Sweet Petunia (home of the MISTI) are throwing a Spring blog hop and giveaway!! Woot woot!

TWO lucky commenters from the hop to win one of two prizes: a $60 shopping spree at and a $60 shopping spree at

I created my backgrounds using the MISTI, RC Sand and Flamingo inks and RC Tall Blooms.

I had so much fun creating these backgrounds and the MISTI made it easy!

Lastly I added this sentiment (that font = swoon) from Tall Blooms and bit of twine to finish off my creations.

Happy Monday! I hope you had a great weekend!
This week at Merry Monday, Linda would like us to use this inspiration photo:

I was inspired by the greenery, pine cones, and red ribbon.
I really, really wanted to go with a pine cone theme but I realized I only have ONE pine cone stamp set. And it's older then dust =)
