Merry Monday 238:

Happy Monday all!  Well winter is back!  It hasn't stopped storming for over 24 hours.  We have gotten a lot of snow.  A lot.  On a positive note, the days are getting much longer.  The skies are starting to brighten on the way to work now and it's not pitch black out - yeah!!

This week at Merry Monday, Sue would like us to create a Christmas card with a DECORATED LAMP POST and added BLING:

I had the perfect set of lamp posts that I have never used.  It feels so satisfying to use never before used stash!  Thank you Sue for this great challenge!

I also have really, really been enjoying making my own backgrounds.  For this card I blended three different blue inks and added snowflakes in coordinating colours.  I then grabbed my old trusty white gel pen for a few dots of snow.

Card Ingredients:

Stamps:  Simon Says Stamp Big Scripty Greetings Holiday, My Favorite Things Hand Lettered Holiday
Die cuts:  My Favorite Things Streetlights, My Favorite Things Stitched Snow Drifts
, My Favorite Things Blueprints 13My Favorite Things Blueprints 20
Frosting:  Stampin' Up! inks, Stampin' Up! cardstockTsukineko Versafine Onyx Black

You know the drill...
As always, do not forget to check out the rest of my teamies' fantastic creations at Merry Monday and come play along too!!!
