It's Crafty Time!

Go on over to Scrapmaster's Paradise Color Combos - they have another wonderful color challenge happening right now!! Put in an entry if you have a chance, the ladies over there are totally FAB!

Here is SPCC Challenge #13

So I made an altered item for this weeks challenge. I really wanted to craft up my wall clock (from Ikea). I shimmied it open and re-did everything.

If you have A LOT of time (no pun intended), then you should go ahead and try it. Maybe you all would be faster than me, but it took at least 4 hours to complete this project :S

I used my SCAL and my trusty Cricut. The clock didn't turn out quite as well as I had hoped though. I am always wishing for things I don't have (ie: Cuttlebug embossing, heat embossing etc). Maybe someday :) BUT, I also couldn't get too crazy as the hands need to be able to turn and not bump into anything...

Bla, bla, bla - enough crying already, right?

Ingredients: Bazzill paper; Recollections cardstock; MM paper flowers; me & my BIG ideas gems; MM brad; Ballpark Wiener, Audry, and Circle Things fonts.

Horn Tootin' Time!

Look what I "won"!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

*For my SPCC #12 entry*

I am soooooo excited. It is my very first time winning anything! Thanks for picking me! I soooo appreciate it. :) Hugs to SPCC (and a big hug to Samantha)!!

Happy Thursday!
