I love neon, any chance I can add to a card I will.  In fact I love it so much that my purse is neon pink and so is my nail polish - takes me back to my childhood :)

I used this cutie newbie, Birgitta and gave her a gingham bathing suit - isn't she the sweetest?

Card Ingredients:  C.C. Designs stamp, AmyR sentiment stamp, Craftsmart Black ink, Recollections papers, Recollections cardstock, Prismacolor pencils, Recollections gems, Recollections foam star, Studio G glitter glue.  Tools:  mineral spirits and blending stumps, sewing machine.
