Merry Christmas!!!
Good morning all. This is my last post before Christmas so Merry Christmas and Happy Holidays everyone!!! Please have a warm and safe season.
I'll be back on Boxing Day, which is my 2nd favorite day of the year. I will explain why on Boxing Day :)
I will be around BlogLand periodically as I have two weeks off from work and really need to concentrate on getting my shoulders fixed. I am hoping I can do that by not being at a computer all day and then coming home and crafting all night. I need a break!
I thought I would make one of my last Christmas cards of the year a bit outlandish in colour. I LOVE non-traditional colours and to be honest, I think blue and silver is traditional, along with green, red, and gold. So I used Jake and went with orange and a deep teal. Yeah! Don't see that on a Christmas tree very often :)
Card Ingredients: StampFairy
digi, Echo Park papers, Recollections cardstock, Prismacolor pencils, Celebrate It ribbon, Gelly Roll white pen, cheese cloth. Tools:
mineral spirits and blending stumps, sewing machine, Circle Nestie, Making Memories edge ripper.
I made this card for the following challenges: Christmas Challenges w Sketches - use an old sketch (I choose #39 but do not display sketch), Simon Says - Christmas, Creative Crafts - non-traditional colours, Digital Tuesday - layers, Die Cutting Divas - holiday spirit.
And the last cutie of the year at StampFairy is Mimi:
All digi stamps are 50% off!!!
I would love to come visit each and every one of you and wish you all a very Merry Christmas, but I see I am running late this morning. I need to get ready, go grocery shopping, and be at work by 8:30. Oh boy - I really have to hustle!!!!!!!
