I rarely get into the Halloween spirit - in fact I don't like Halloween at all (the crowd goes silent).  But this little Swiss Pixie begged to be put on an Halloween card - do you blame her?!?

Polka dots are one of the best things in life.

Card Ingredients:  C.C. Designs stamp, Craftsmart Black ink, My Mind's Eye Home papers, Recollections cardstock,  Prismacolor pencils, Gelly Roll white pen, Recollections pearls, Candy Cane Stickles.  Tools: sewing machine, Circle Nestie, Martha Stewart Hydrangea punch and stylus.
