I have been itching to use this super cutie Lucy Elf - there is just something about her sweet hat and stockings that makes me giggle.

Card Ingredients:  C.C. Designs stamp, Craftsmart Black ink, DCWV and Recollections papers, Bazzill and Recollections cardstock,  Prismacolor pencils,  American Crafts jute, Studio G glitter glue, Recollections buttons, Celebrate It ribbon.  Tools: sewing machine, Oval and Scalloped Oval Nesties.
