'Tis the season

Hello everyone. It has been a nice day of crafting distractions. TWO months until Christmas, now that is exciting!!

Today's challenge: Sami at SPCC is up with this weeks color challenge. I am just squeaking this in in time.



I find the colors to be very "fall-ish" and since I am in the Christmas card making mode this was a big challenge for me. You have to remember that it is practically winter here in mid-Canada and Thanksgiving has already passed :)

I am so pleased how my card turned out, this wasn't my original plan but in the end, it all worked out!!




This lil guy's gift was a bright green, I took some paper and made his gift match the card.



And I wouldn't be "Three Trees" {hee hee} without ribbon, twine and a button!

Card Ingredients: K&Co Tim Coffey paper; Ms dollar bin ribbon; studio g stamp; Craftsmart Black ink; random Christmas tag, button, gems and twine.
