Gotta blame it something

Good Evening everyone!! I am trying something a bit different here today. I usually blog every week day morning, but since I work from 430AM to 430 PM I just don't have my normal mornings anymore. So I am blogging at night now - no one will probably notice, but it sure feels different to me...

Anyway, I hope you all had a terrific weekend. Ours was great. We bought a car out of the city, but made a mini-vacation out of it. We stayed in a hotel for one evening, went shopping, and went out for supper. It was very nice! Back to the grind tomorrow... It is our Thanksgiving long weekend coming up and I am so looking forward to it!

Challenge: Get Sketchy is up with their 8th sketch - hard to believe it is number 8!

I see the bonus is to use a brad - I guess I missed that LOL:

I did however use gems, which are brad-like ;)

Card Ingredients:
K&Co Wild Saffron paper and butterfly embellishment; Cuttlebug D'vine Swirls folder; Offray ribbon; me and my BIG ideas gems; Inkadinkado stamp; CraftSmart brick red ink.

Have a fabulous Sunday evening, and I will see you all tomorrow night!!!

Deanne, you have the most amazing creative mind. Every day I wonder how you come up with a version for the challenge. Phenomenal! The colors, the details, the materials, and the theme, are all lovely. I'm happy to hear that you have found a routine that will work with your two jobs, so that you can continue blog hopping/scrapping/card making. Thanks for sharing your talents. They're a sight to behold. I'm also so happy that you had a wonderful weekend. And congrats on the purchase of your new vehicle! XOXO's
