Merry Monday 250:




Happy Monday all!  I hope you enjoyed your weekend.  I was busy in the craftroom and really just enjoying life =)  

 This week at Merry Monday, I would like us to create a RUSTIC Christmas card:


I went with a rustic glam.  I first gold heat embossed my flower stamp, coloured it with Zig markers, fussy cut, and adhered it to wood grain paper.  I used black burlap for the little leaves and added a bit of glam with a sparkly merry.

Stamps:  Altenew Beautiful Day, Reverse Confetti Winter Word Coordinates
Die cuts:  My Favorite Things Tropical Flowers, My Favorite Things Blueprints 13, Simon Says Stamp Merry and Bright
Frosting: Wow Embossing Powder Gold, Tim Holtz Waterbrush, Canson XL Watercolor paper, Tsukineko Versafine Onyx Black, Zig Clean Color Real Brushes

Just popped by to say that I love your card. So very classy, loving all the elements and the colours are fabulous. Glad I took a closer look as I hadn't realised the black leaves where burlap which is so creative and adds another layer of texture........love it! x
