The Paper Players 341:

Happy Sunday!  It has been a rather chilly weekend with snow in the forecast, but I was out gardening regardless.  I see my lilies are starting to peek through the surface which is so exciting as I love to watch perennials grow!

This week at The Paper Players, Sandy's SKETCH challenge is this little beauty:

I thought this sketch would be great to showcase my little vellum butterfly which I layered in three and did a bit of purple ombre inking.  I also carried the ombre inking theme into my background as well.

Deanne, I love your ombre effect. It immediately reminded me of a party dress my mother bought me for my 6th birthday. I'd forgotten all about that dress until I saw your card - so thank you for taking me down memory lane :-)

I love the effect on the butterfly, too. Such a gorgeous card
