Coleslaw:

Good morning all.  I hope you had a great weekend.  I had a very productive weekend, but certainly could sleep in just a bit more today.

Today I am sharing a card with you, I tried to use colors that compliment instead of match.  Easier said that done, if you ask me :)
I used Clear Dollar Stamp's pre-colored Spring Hydrangea:

Card Ingredients:  Clear Dollar Stamps digis;  K&Co paper;  Recollections cardstock;  Craftsmart Lavender, Chocolate, and Gold inks;  Labels 18 Nestie;  Celebrate It ribbon;  Hero Arts lace;  Prima and Dress It Up buttons;  Making Memories brad;  hemp twine;  recycled flower;  Recollections gems.  Tools:  sewing machine;  Making Memories edge distressor.

I made this birthday card for the following challenges:  That Craft Place - buttons and bows;  Simon Says - something new (my papers I bought on Friday - love them!);  Birthday Sundaes - birthdays;  Paper Sundaes - saturated colors;  Card Patterns -  sketch:

Have a wonderful Monday - stay safe!

I love the purple Hydrangea flower, and how you added the gemstones for that extra special touch, that you're so amazing at doing.

Gorgeous work, Deanne! I love how you skewed the Labels 18, and the color combo is marvelous. I should use colored thread for stitching more often! Thanks for joining us this week at Card Patterns!
It is beautiful! I love the colors and the stitching is gorgeous! Thanks for playing along at Birthday Sundaes last week! I hope you'll join us again this week!
