Patches Winter Birthday...
Good morning to all my blogging buddies! I hope the week has been treating you well so far. I live for the weekends, so any day closer to Friday afternoon is GREAT in my books ;)
I used this uber cute image: Patches. I think Patches looks like he's ready to snuggle, so I created a patchwork blankie background for him.
Card Ingredients:
StampFairy digi; DCWV Christmas papers; Bazzill
and Recollections cardstock; Copics; Wonky Squares Nesties; We R Memory Keepers Blue Lagoon baker's twine; Doodlebug Designs button; Recollections pearls.
I made Patches for the following challenges: Crafty Creations - Christmas Birthday; The Sisterhood of Crafters - birthdays; Sweet Stamps and Top Tip Tuesday - layers; Cupcake Craft Challenge - buttons and bows; Ooh-la-la Creations - let it snow; Crafting When We Can - It's Christmas, Almost
Here's a little tip for you: when coloring with Copic markers, sometimes I go out of the lines. Instead of using the Blender Copic marker to push the ink back into the image, I use a white gel pen just to touch up on white cardstock. It's WAY quicker and no one will ever know that you're not perfect ;)
Thanks for stopping by!
Stay crafty.
Deanne :)
