Summer Lovin' Lenny:

Good morning all!!  Happy 146th Birthday Canada!!!  Most Canadians celebrate with having a bbq, fireworks, city festivities, you know regular celebrating.  I just enjoy a day off from everything, in fact I am spending it in my craft room.  In the air conditioning.  Because the humidity out there will make me MELT!

So with Summer officially here in Canada, StampFairy is sponsoring Incy Wincy Designs' Summer Lovin' challenge.

I thought water melon, and decided Lenny would be perfect!  What else reminds me of Summer??  Gingham (well that and Christmas LOL):

I paper pieced Lenny's watermelon for a very matchy-matchy-matchy card.  

Card Ingredients:  StampFairy digi, Echo Park and Recollections papers, Recollections cardstock, Prismacolor pencils, Gelly Roll white pen, Wild Orchard flowers, Craftsmart Teal ink, American Crafts jute, Glossy Accents.  Tools:  mineral spirits and blending stumps, make-up sponge for sky, Oval and Scalloped Oval Nesties.
