Well Happy Friday ladies!

'Tis my favorite day of the week and you know what that means:

Practical Scrappers: This week we want you to dig into that stash and use something that you got over a year ago. It can be a product or tool and you only need to use one item to qualify. The Grand Prize winner will receive two free digi stamps from The Stamping Boutique. The deadline to enter is 5 p.m. on Saturday.

I dug real deep and pulled out some really old paper. I know when I need to make a baby card that it is always there :)

Happy Friday! Thanks for stopping by!!!!

Loganberries and Thank Yous

Good morning everyone! I hate to blog and run, but I have to get ready for work!

I just wanted to share my good news with everyone. Arlana over at Sweet Sketch Wednesday has asked me to join their talented team! How very exciting!! My "debut" is next Wednesday. Come check out this great challenge.

(Just a very simple Thank You card b/c that is how I feel today: Thankful)

Card Ingredients:
K&Co paper; Recollections cardstock; Stampendous! stamp; Craft Smart Black ink; Primas; Celebrate It ribbon; Making Memories brad; random gems.

Happy Thursday my friends! See you all again tomorrow!

Well how about that - it is Tuesday again. Before you know it, it will be the weekend again. Time must really fly while you are having fun. I have to share with you all some good news. A bunch of really good things happened to me yesterday. I tell you, my husband must have shared that lucky horse shoe with me (he is always lucky).

First off, I won not once, not twice, but THREE times on the Bunny Hop at Sweet Sketch Wednesday. I don't know what exactly I have won yet, but trust me, I have checked my email a billion times since I have won LOL (seriously). Thanks so much to the DT at SSW!!

Secondly, I received an email from Sally-Ann, asking if she could do a link to some of my cards. She designs my favorite digi-stamps at DigiStamp Boutique. I am officially on the DigiStamp Boutique Blog for 3 days!! (that's me 2nd on the customer list) ;) Thanks bunches Sally-Ann!

Thirdly, sshhhhhhh - it is a surprise. I will tell you later.

Okay, I think that is it... on to:

Tonight's Challenges: 1. The Corrosive Challenge would like to see paper piecing (which is one of my new favorite techniques):

I used some fuchsia cardstock, dipped it in embossing ink and embossed it. Isn't her dress fancy-schmancy?

2. The Pink Elephant has a really fun sketch this week:

I knew right away that I wanted a bright and fun card with this sketch:

Card Ingredients: K&Co Citronella paper; Bazzill and Recollections cardstock; DigiStamp Boutique Libby Fairy image; Copics; Craft Smart Black ink; Martha Stewart embossing ink; Stampendous! Kaleidoscope embossing powder; Martha Stewart Swan flocking powder; Primas; Dress It Up and random buttons; American Crafts and Celebrate It ribbons, twine.

Happy Tuesday! See you all later!!

Now how did it get to be Monday again. Can you believe that it will be April next week?!?!?!?!? That is just flippin' crazy!

So today's challenge is from SPCC. When I saw this color combo, I thought to myself: Self, what the heck are you going to do with these crazy colors :) Thanks Sam for letting me see outside the box, as I think this color combo worked out pretty nicely!!

(See? Not so bad, right?!?)

Here is the great color combo this week:

(With another DigiStamp Boutique image, see, Libby was on sale, so I just had to get her!)

Card Ingredients: K&Co Viola Vita paper; Bazzill and Recollections cardstock; DigiStamp Boutique image; Craft Smart Black ink; Copics; Dress It Up buttons; Ms ribbon; pom-pom fringe bought by the yard at Ms; random flower jewel.

Happy Monday everyone! Thanks, as always, for the comments. Much appreciated!!!!!

Illawarra Plum

Sunday again :( The weekend always goes by wayyyy too darn fast!!! Oh well, what can be done about that? How about doing some fun crafts? Sounds good to me :)

Today's Challenges: 1. Simon Says Challenge would like to see a "Splash of Green."

2. The Sisterhood of Crafters (a brand new challenge blog - go check out the talented ladies!), has a great challenge this week of "anything that pertains to Ireland." One of the things I think of is... Green :)

3. Dare U 2 Digi Stamp wants to see "no pattern paper."

4. Cupcake Craft Challenge says "Going Green." The only other color you may use is skin and hair color.

5. Unscripted Sketches has another great sketch this week with a side challenge of using a paint chip, did the sketch, but not the paint chip. I only have one paint chip kicking around which has been folded, written on, and painted on - not very pretty :)

Here is my green flipped sketch card, I just bought the ribbon and brads to match my green Copic - I think it matches quite well!

Card Ingredients: K&Co Roam paper; Bazzill and Recollections cardstock; DigiStamp Boutique image; Copic markers; Craft Smart Black ink; Cuttlebug Swiss Dots folder; Stampendous! Kaleidoscope embossing powder; K&Co brads; Sugar & Spice ribbon.

Happy Sunday ladies!! Please enjoy the rest of your weekend - see you all again tomorrow!
