Good morning!! Today is going to be a GREAT day - I can feel it!! It's all begun with coffee that is soooo strong, I should be bouncing off the walls in about two minutes :)

Good morning bloggin' buddies! My head is a little fuzzy at the moment, I can't seem to shake Mr. Sandman. If I start to really ramble or don't make much sense at all then you will know why :)

I am sure drinking more of my delicious coffee, watching the sun come up past the trees, and listening to all the lil birdies chirp should wake me up shortly.

Today I am sharing a card meant just for me! I love bright, happy, fun cards!

This should no doubt put a smile on anyone's face, it certainly did mine!


Tip: I use my straight edge cutter A LOT. I go through blades very, very quickly. When I notice they are dragging the paper and not giving a sharp cut, I throw a piece of tin foil on the cutter and run the blade back and forth a couple of times. It give the blade a bit of renewed life! Or at least until you can get to the craft store to buy some more!

Today's Ramblings: Good morning! It's a chilly one out there this morning. The days are getting shorter and the nights are getting colder. So hard to believe that it is the 2nd week of August already! August is Christmas month for me. This is when I get into high gear with Christmas card making. I've also got some good gift ideas too!

I have noticed that maybe other bloggers are thinking the same way I do. There has been a boost in Christmas cards the past month.

Today's Ramblings: Good morning! What a beautiful Monday morning! I am blogging a bit later this morning as it is a holiday for me - yeah for August Long weekend!! The weekend has been great so far, most people go to the lake one last time before school is back. I personally like to stay at home. Saturday we spent to whole day in the front yard ripping out 5 overgrown ornamental bushes/trees and yesterday I spent the day crafting and relaxing.

Though you can't tell in the photo, this is a miniature set. The card measures 3" x 5" and the gift box is almost 3" high. My cards are usually 5" x 6.5" or 6.5" x 6.5" so I felt like my fingers were too big making this gift set! (not that I am graceful or delicate on the best of days, but you get what I am saying, right?)
