Due to the fact that I accidentally erased my old blog template, I am forced to start from scratch. Not that it is a bad thing, I have been wanting to give my blog a facelift, but I really didn't have time for it now LOL. So please bare with me if you can't read something or a photo is too small - I will soon have it all fixed :)

With all that business out of the way I can carry on...

We survived a electrifying storm last night. I don't think I have seen so much lightning is my life! I thought the hail was going to come through our sky lights. And then the tornado watch came and of course I couldn't sleep. Good thing for coffee in the morning!

Today is another Sweet Sketch Wednesday - last day of June! Craziness!! I'm telling ya - before you know it, it will Christmas again!!

This week we are sponsored by the lovely Jodie at

The winner gets seven digi stamps that value $21!

The generous thing about Bugaboo is that Jodie has one (or two) free digi images every Friday. I snatch them up every single time!

AND... Jodie has a sale on right now June 29 - July 5 get 50% off your total purchase. Uhm yeah, I am going shopping!

When I was a kid, I was a HUGE fan of Strawberry Shortcake - I even bought the cereal. It turned your milk pink LOL... So when I saw Strawberry Sunbonnets Wagon I just had to use her...

Good morning everyone! Where has the time gone? Looks like I haven't blogged since Wednesday. I have been reorganizing my craft room so that has been keeping me busy. Sorry for the lack of comments...

How about that? Last Monday of June. Like I said, where has the time gone. At Practical Scrappers, we have a new challenge this week: Border punches or Decorative Scissors.

Design Team Call: Our design team call is still going strong. We will have a smaller team this term, so the spots are limited, don't miss your chance to apply!

I used scissors. I wanted to go out of my comfort zone. My first card is not my style and I couldn't tell if it was ugly or not LOL....

So, Friday at midnight, I made another card with the same scissors. More my cutesy style:

Card Ingredients: will be posted later - gotta get to my real job LOL

Happy Monday ladies! Thanks for stopping by and stay crafty my friends.

For card #1, I used Ladies with Attitude (Once)...

Hey all. How about that crazy weather! It is another wet week here. With more rain then we know what to do with. The Trans-Canada Highway has been washed out and closed near where I live - such a mess. They say it has been the worst flooding in years. And the mosquitoes are so insufferable - nasty little stinkers! Anyhoo... that is the story in my corner of the world. Hope yours a little better.

Here is this week's SPCC color combo:

This is my Grandpa exactly:

Card Ingredients: K&Co paper; Recollections cardstock; DigiStamp Boutique image; Cuttlebug Houndstooth folder; Copics; Dress It Up buttons.

Happy Tuesday! Stay crafty my friends.

Quince + Blog Candy

Candy is closed...

Happy Saturday all! Today is my unofficial birthday (it is really tomorrow but we are celebrating it today). That makes today a good day :)

I have a bit of candy to give away again. I had won it in the past but I want it to go to a good home as I don't use unmounted rubber stamps a lot. I hope someone can get lots of use out of these adorable Magnolia stamps.

So here you have it: My birthday gift to you:

Just leave me a comment on this post. You can become a follower if you would like (but NOT mandatory) - I will choose a winner by random draw of my followers/comments. Easy peasy, right?

Let's say the candy closes on uhmmmm... Saturday, July 3rd at midnight EST. Please note: I will not come looking for you when you win - you must contact me!

What else makes today a good day you ask? I have been asked by Victoria and Miss Bee herself to join:
Our challenge this fortnight (or Saturday bi-weekly in my world LOL) is my FAVORITE: Pink n Girly
