Merry Monday all!  This week, Lori has chosen the theme of using stars on your card.


I decided to have a little fun with challenge, but I *kind of* regretted my choice after two hours of star making ;)

In the end I am happy with the results =)

Stamps: My Favorite Thinks Cheerful Christmas Greetings
Inks:  Memento Lady Bug
Papers:  Graphic 45 Twelve Days of Christmas
Cardstock: Bazzill
Bits/Bobs:  Lawn Fawn sequins
Tools: EK Success Corner punch, Star Nesties

Wow, your arms must have ached after 2 hours of star cutting. Fab result though. I saw a similar style recently with snowflakes, but the pops of red on the green really make this version stand out.

This is so creative and nicely done. All your work was definitely worth it. I want to try this too. (Of course it may take me days to complete a card with this technique...LOL (I"m a slow card maker!) But just received a vrand new Star die, and this would be a way to try it out.
