Barry Christmas Hugs:

Hmmmm... so it's not Friday???  Only two weeks (and one day) until our vacation, but who's counting ;)

Yesterday I posted how quickly Christmas was sneaking up on us, so I made a mental note to get back on the Christmas card making wagon.

I used Barry, knowing that he would make a great Christmas card.  I did have to "mask" the grass they were standing on to a plain black line.

My question to you is:  are teddy bears considered animals?  Or are they stuffies??

It took over an hour to colour as I am still sore and very slow, but I didn't want blue skies:

My teeny-tiny star embellishment:
Card Ingredients:
Stamps:  StampFairy Barry Best Friends
Inks: Prismacolour pencils
Papers:  DCWV 'Tis the Season
Cardstock:  Recollections
Bits/Bobs: random tree snowflake ornament, random star button
Tools: sewing machine, Martha Stewart Circle maker, Making Memories edge distresser, mineral spirits and blending stumps

I created this card for the following challenges:  Christmas Challenges w Sketches - sketch (do not display sketch)/stars/snow(flakes), Winter Wonderland - cute Christmas, CCAYR - fussy/fancy, Sweet Christmas Stampin - winter animals.

Have a wonderful Thursday and enjoy your weekend!!!!

Ooooh I Love this one. So many things I love, the shape, the mix of stitching around the edge, the gorgeous snowflake, the distressed edges, the blues and aquas, and of course my favourite bear! Gorgeous honey. I think bears can be animals and stuffies, they're cute enough to be both! I'll bet you're looking forward to your hols now. Hope that your pain subsides a bit honey. :0(

In answer to your question, I think both. That way if I make a card with a teddy I can enter it in bear challenges, teddy bear challenges and animal challenges. :-D

Wonderful card! I love the distressing, the stitching and that big glittery snowflake.
