Witch's Dream:

Good morning friends - we had to dig out the shovel yesterday after work.  The snow is here!  I *almost* used my car command-start yesterday too - if you don't know what that is, then you are lucky.  It means you don't have long cold winters like we do ;)

(Command-start is a remote that turns on your car and warms up the engine. You can do it from the comfort of a warm house, work, or mall.  A must-have when you live in Saskatchewan.)

Okay, it's not that cold (yet).  -4 C (24 F) is nothing we can't handle.

This week's challenge at Papercraft Star is Halloween witches.
It's hard to believe Halloween is just one short week away.  I'll be honest, I don't like Halloween (sorry!). Actually the only reason I would like Halloween is because the following day is full-on Christmas mode.  Stores start decorating for Christmas;  lots of Christmas-y things are being put out.  SO EXCITING!!  We've already had our Thanksgiving, so there is nothing standing in our way!

Too much talking today...

I printed this freebie digi on pattern paper, something I like to do to give the image a different look.  I like this witch, she almost has Mother Goose look to her.
Card Ingredients:  The Graphics Fairy digi, Recollections cardstock, DCWV papers, Recollections pearls, Celebrate It ribbon, Prima flower, Tim Holtz paper ticker, paper doily.  Tools:  sewing machine, Making Memories edge ripper, CC Designs Phlox cutters.

I made this card for the following challenges:  Ribbon Carousel - Halloween with ribbon, Digi Haven - use Halloween freebie digi, Scrap Creations and Tuesday Throwdown - Halloween, Sentimental Sundays - Halloween with sentiment.

Thanks for getting this far - that was a lot of jibber-jabber from myself.

Spectacular as always! Thanks so much for joining us at Digi Haven, we really appreciate your regular participation. Brrr, sounds so cold where you are, snow will probably arrive soon in the north of Scotland where I live, but nothing like the snow in Canada! Stay warm! xx

Such a wonderful card, Deanne, love all the embellishment you used. As for snow, having moved from Colorado, I miss the snow. It always snowed the first one around the 21st of October. Hope you have a wonderful Friday!
