Snow Dashers:

Good morning all!

This week's challenge at Papercraft Star is anything goes.  We should have lots of fun entries this week!

I of course, made another Christmas card.  I used this vintage freebie found here

I used some blue embossing powder and heat embossed all the snowflakes.  If you try this, be warned that plastic melts, burns fingers, and warps :)
Card Ingredients:  The House Across the Bay digi, DCWV Timeless Type and Tim Holtz  papers, DCWV and Recollections cardstock, Stampendous! Sapphire embossing powder, Recollections snowflake embellie, recycled snowflake ornament.  Tools:  sewing machine, Making Memories edge scraper, heat embossing gun, Square and Scalloped Square Nesties.

I made this card for the following challenges:  Sweet Stampin' and Card Crafter's Circle - vintage, Holly Jolly Christmas - sparkle/bling, Digi Haven - anything with freebie digis, Sketch Saturday - sketch:

Thanks for stopping by and have a super-duper wonderful Wednesday :)

What a charming, old fashioned card ! The unexpected colors really accent that image. AND the black stitching, I would not have thought to use black here, and it is perfect !! Hugs, Deanne ! -J-
