SSW 72 - DSB

It's been so long my friends!! I hardly remember how to blog! Now don't let this card fool you -- I made it a few weeks ago before I left. But seriously, I am a little worried getting back into the "game," what if I don't know how to make cards anymore???? I hope it is like riding a bike ;) I have been feeling better day by day and hopefully will be picking up my Copics and glue pen this week.

So enough about me... Sweet Sketch Wednesday is back with another wonderful sketch. I promise I won't get sick again so I can come and see all your fabbie works.

Our sponsor this week (who is actually our monthly sponsor) is DigiStamp Boutique. Thanks a trillion for sponsoring us Sally-Ann! The winner this week will get SIX digis of their choosing! S-W-E-E-T!

I used one of my favorites: Thomas in Pram...

.... on Arlana's great sketch:

Isn't he just a sweetie???

Card Ingredients:
DigiStamp Boutique image; Recollections Brown Pinstripe paper; Recollections and Bazzill cardstock; Copics; Stampendous! Crystal Snow; Dress It Up buttons; Celebrate It ribbon; twine.

Now please make sure to check out the DT's crafty cards as well as our fabbie sponsor:

Glad to hear you're starting to feel better now. Love the card and it's so refreshing to see colours other than blue and pink for the babies. It works so well.

Hi Deanne, sorry to hear you've been sick and so glad your feeling a little better. I'm feeling a little cold since we came back. I left Cairns at 32c on Monday morning and arrived back to 16c in New Zealand. Its meant to be warm and spring. I met a lovely Canadian couple last Saturday out on the Great Barrier Reef they were retired from Vancover.
I love your card this week, I adore that image I used it some weeks ago and it makes such a great babies card. That Rocking Horse is just so cute. Where do you get all your great embellishments from? I went craft shopping on the Gold Coast and Cairns I found 1 store that wasn't even worth going into. I don't know where they were hiding their stores but I couldn't even find any in the telephone book!!!

I don't think you ever need to worry about not being able to create...your cards are always so spectacular! I love this card with the sweet buttons and the fun rocking horse that you added! I also love how you added the glitter to the hearts! That brown paper with your buttons really makes your card pop! And you bows...I can never say enough about your bows and jute!
