Blog Hop 3

Good morning to you all!! How can it possibly be the last day of September??

It is Day 3 of my 13 Blog Hop Challenge. I have to say, I cheated today :S My challenge to myself was not only to get all 13 done BUT not to combine the challenges. Well that went out the window girls :)

I have combined 4 challenges into this one card.

Challenge #8: Practical Scrappers Use a die cut (make your own or use a pre-cut)

Challenge #9: Just Buggin' Alter a die cut (glitter, sand, ink etc)

Challenge #11: ScrapFIT Make a "Happy Fall" card (in Canada we call it Autumn too - is that everywhere??)

Extra Challenge: And I squeezed in another challenge that isn't part of the Blog Hop, but I wanted to show my support to the girls at Frosted Designs. It is a brand new challenge blog that looks super delish :) Go on over and take a look! The challenge this week is ink or chalk your paper pieces.

Card Ingredients:
Everything is Recollections Autumn collection except the leaves and button. They are just random things in my stash.

I don't know if I finish the rest!! Time is running up PLUS I haven't participated in any of my regular challenges *so... torn* I have been spending time preparing for this 2nd job of mine, plus I think we are leaving the city this weekend. And Diana - "couch scrap"?? That sounds way too difficult LOL I don't know if I can multitask!

When will I ever have time to get back into the swing of things??? ...I shall breathe, and take one day at a time LOL! Scrapping is supposed to be fun, not stressful - I tell myself that all the time.

I am now babbling...

Happy Wednesday!!!! Not sure if I will be here tomorrow, if not I will see you all on Friday! MWAH!

Great card, as always! And I love that you're beating yourself up for not "playing" enough. I've never successfully "couch scrapped," but I'm sure you could make pieces and parts while watching TV. Like stitching around the edge of a page.

Love that card! I love Autumn! I get to feeling the same way too when I don't have time to do all the challenges I want...he he. I've got to tally up all the pages I've created this year from challenge blogs! It's amazing - I've got a huge pile and I just shake my head and wonder.....WOW!

Fabulous Autumn card and I don't blame you one bit for combining some of the challenges - that's a challenge in itself sometimes! Well done you.

Love Lynda xxx

Once again, you've done an amazing job, Deanne. I love the autumn colors, all the layers and textures, the cute acorn, etc. It's absolutely phenomenal how you combined four challenges into your card. And promise me that you won't allow scrapping to stress you out. You deserve to take a break for awhile. I don't want you to suffer from 'burn-out'. XOXO's
